Learn How to Move.
Feel Strong.
Trust your body.
I designed this class because I hear the same thing all the time: “I want to get stronger, but I’m not sure I’m doing it right.” Traditional fitness classes can be a great next step, but they often move quickly and aren’t always easy to customize when your body needs a little more attention.
I wanted to create something in between, a class, led by me, where you can build strength, learn proper form, and understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. We work toward a well-rounded workout, from breath and mobility to balance, strength and functional movement, while teaching you how to strength train safely and effectively.
I want you to leave feeling less like you need someone watching every rep and more like, “Yep, I’ve got this.”
*This Class is held in Exeter @ Ex3
*All are welcome and great for post- surgical, postpartum, post-injury or just like some guidance and the gym has never been good to you.
Prepare to Push Pregnancy Class- Monthly
Feel Your Pelvic Floor.
Learn to Work With It.
Prepare for Birth.
I designed Prepare to Push because I kept hearing the same thing from people struggling postpartum: “I wish I had known this before I delivered.”
And “just relax your pelvic floor” sounds great…until you’re in labor and have absolutely no idea what that is supposed to feel like.
This is a hands-on, experiential class where I teach you how to connect your breath and pelvic floor, practice pushing without automatically tightening, and try different positions to find what feels best in your body. We’ll also talk about how to best prepare your body for those final weeks of pregnancy and some tips to heal after delivery.
I don't want the first time you try these skills to be while you're having a baby.
I want you to walk into labor having practiced them, knowing your options, and feeling a whole lot more confident about what your body can do.
