Wisdom from Within: A 4-Dimensional Approach to Persistent Pain

With Cristin Zaimes, DPT and Sage Wheeler, MEd

Cristin and Sage Wheeler are proud to present an online workshop for those suffering with persistent pain, with an emphasis on pelvic pain.

This online course uses updated pain science research to validate a comprehensive approach to pain management, as well as Dr. Gina Ogden’s 4-Dimensional Wheel. The 4-D Wheel is a template to explore new dimension of healing. The course provides an introduction to using the wheel as en experiential tool to re-wire the brain’s networks associated with pain.

We believe that combining these concepts can help people become empowered advocates for their own healing.

The course can be completed at your own pace and includes indefinite access to course materials and any updated content within the course.

*Please note pricing is shown in Canadian dollars. The course will be offered at $49.99CAD for a limited time.
