30-Minute Consultation

Offered in-person or online, meet with a physical therapist to review your concerns and goals, gain new insight into your issues, and see if Oceanside is a good fit for you. Just $45!

Initial Evaluation and Plan of Care

If you have been referred by a physician or would like to get started with a complete plan of care right away, we will book your initial evaluation for a 60 minute session. Out-of-pocket costs vary.

Physical Therapy at Oceanside

Once you have completed the Initial Evaluation form:

  1. Our patient coordinator will reach out to you within 2 business days via your preferred method to schedule an in-person evaluation. 
  2. At the evaluation, you will meet with your therapist and develop a treatment plan that will help you resolve your symptoms and achieve your goals. 

 

We typically see people weekly in the beginning of the treatment plan. We prefer to schedule your first 4 appointments at your evaluation.

The most successful treatment plans typically last 8-12 weeks. We find that PT is a 3-month commitment to reach the healthiest version of yourself. In the beginning, the appointments are typically weekly and then begin to space out. This plan can vary depending on many factors and will be discussed in the first appointment. 

A Note About Insurance:

We wish all insurances covered our services in full but that is not the case. Every insurance plan is different and offers varying coverage. Even when an insurance company tells you you are in a network, it does not mean the service will be paid. It is very confusing and that is why we will help you understand your coverage to the best of our ability. We are IN network with BCBS/Anthem, Medicare, VA, Martins Point, Mass General/Brigham, Tricare, and Unicare. Many out of network plans will cover our services when you submit a detailed receipt. It varies tremendously and we can help you understand your plan.
