The physical aspect is important along with stress management, optimal nutrition and emotional health.

Cristin’s aim is to assess the origin of the dysfunction while helping patients develop skills to improve day to day patterns and prevent re-occurrence. She treats every person as a whole and believes that each body tells a story, one that begins early in life where certain patterns develop which continue through the many stages in life creating abnormal mechanics and resulting in injury.

Cristin and her husband find balance and peace in nature when skiing, hiking or surfing but can usually be found at various sporting events with their son Jackson or in a theatre with their singing and actress daughter Alexa.
